Stretch Those Legs! Part 2

Toe Reaches #1I decided to make a second part to this, since a lot of girls were interested in my first one. These are some really good stretches for before and after riding. I really hope these help all of you!

TOE REACHES #1 stretch your calves (I am pretty sure..), and feel really good. Stand up and reach for your toes, without bending your knees. Go as far as you can, and don’t try to reach all the way down if it hurts too much. Like I said before, stretching isn’t supposed to be painful.

Cherry PickerCHERRY PICKERS are when you spread your legs apart, and reach down with both of your arms. Touch the grass (or ground) in front of your legs, then right in the middle, then behind. Count 1, 2, 3 as you do it, then come up and say 1. Do about 10 of these. These work best after riding.

Toe Reaches #2TOE REACHES #2 are similar to #1, but a little different. Instead of standing up, you’re on the ground laying down. Slowly come up, and reach for your toes. You may not be able to reach for them, and you don’t have to. Go as far as you can, and hold it for about 15 seconds.

Well, it looks like this is the end of the Stretch Your Legs “series”, but I hope you enjoyed them!
